SQL – Replace Statement

The Replace Statement replaces all instances of a specified string value with a new value.

Syntax:
      REPLACE(Field Name, Search String, New String)

      SQL Server:

      SELECT REPLACE(FIELD1,'/','-') FROM TABLE

      Oracle:

      SELECT REPLACE(FIELD1,'/','-') FROM TABLE;
